Instructions for using the ChiSoft Neck Traction Device

  1. The Neck Traction Device is used in the beginning with low pressure (low traction force) for 5 ~ 10 minutes. Add pressure, by squeezing the air bulb slowly, until you are comfortable with the amount of pressure.
  2. Sit in a comfortable chair and remain relaxed while stretching your neck for 5-15 minutes.
  3. After removing the ChiSoft Neck Stretcher, avoid any exaggerated movements of the head and neck for 5-10 minutes.
  4. For intermittent stretch/traction, repetitively increase and decrease the air pressure.
  5. Within a few days you can increase the pressure of the Neck Traction Device and use it for 20 ~ 25 minutes two or three times a day. When you are finished using the neck traction device, the air should be released slowly.

How does ChiSoft Neck Traction Device Help Relief Neck Pain?

The Neck Traction Device uses air which is slowly introduced by an inflation bulb into the neck collar. As a result, pressure in the neck is built up in a vertical direction to ease and stretch tight muscles and relieve joint pressure in the neck. The intra-vertebral disc pressure is relieved by the elongating action of the neck traction device. A few minutes of treatment will produce amazing pain relief. Regular use of the Neck Traction Device helps to prevent neck problems by increasing blood supply to neck muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Every day, millions of people suffer from episodes of acute or persistent neck pain due to injury, strain, poor posture, physical stress, computer work, driving long distances, improper sleeping habits, and emotional stress. Neck pain can be treated at home.
