How Do I Use the ChiSoft Neck Traction Pro II?


The use of this neck traction device is simple.

First wrap the ChiSoft II neck traction device around your neck like a collar. Secure it with the Velcro strap. Next squeeze the inflate pump several times. Feel the three layers of the collar starting to inflate and the lift of your head and neck. Sit quietly for 5 to 10 minutes. Deflate the collar. Don't do any strenuous head or neck movements afterwards. That's all there is to it!
